In December, 2022, the Airport Authority Commission awarded a Design-Build Agreement to the Holder, Pankow, TEC Joint Venture (HPTJV). The HPTJV team also includes: Corgan (architect), CannonDesign (design subconsultant), and Burns & McDonnell (engineering subconsultant).
